Buyer and seller accounts can be permanently deleted. You can complete the request yourself from Settings.
How to delete your account

Sign in to the Khyts website or app.

Open Settings.

Choose Delete my account.

Enter your current password, type DELETE and confirm.
What happens
Your login and personal profile details are removed. Notifications, seller images and personal support content are deleted or anonymized. Completed order, payment and audit records may be retained without your identity where needed for receipts, disputes, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
Active orders and pending payments must be completed or cancelled before deletion.
